Едно Шардоне с бледозелени оттенъци чудесен баланс от плодове и фин нюанс на билков мед, получен благодарение на ранното бране на гроздето.Освежаващ и плътен вкус с дълъг зрял финал. Подходящо за подарък или за експонат към енотечна колекция.

Гроздето е обрано ръчно много внимателно в малки касетки. Отлежава 12 месеца в 500 литрови български дъбови бъчви. Вкусът е елегантен с изключителен баланс и интензивен плодов характер.

Благодарение на изключителната прецизност при брането и окачествяването на гроздето имаме удоволствието да ви представим едно изключително и неповторимо Каберне совиньон запечатано по един по нестандартен, но в същото време доказал с времето се метод на затваряне на бутилката  с восък.

The creation of  Ruevit Estate Wine Cellar is one of those dreams, a result of long-standing work and persistence in the field of viticulture and wine-making. The vineyard massif is located in the town of Byala Cherkva – a wine region with long history and established traditions. Our wines are made with a manual technology – from grape growing to bottling. The Rubin 2013 Limited Edition is a compliment to you – connoisseurs of rare and high quality wines. The wine is a product of precisely selected grapes, careful tracking of vinification and aging stages in French oak barrels. Enjoy a deep dark red color, a dense body and strong, tight tannins that melt in the aging process, balancing the taste of the wine.

This wine is produced from 100% Merlot grapes. The yield was reduced. Grapes are picked selection manually in trays. The proximity of the winery allows maximum fast processing to preserve the freshness and aroma. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel fermenters. Wonderful Merlot mint notes in the aroma, fine well-structured flavor with length and sweetness.

Rose, made from of Cabernet Sauvignon grape, produced from our own vineyards. Bright pink color, fine tannic structure, crisp and refreshing taste with nose of floral and red fruit notes.A great aperitif that suits a variety of light savoury dishes. On the lable is visualised the bell-tower is one of the first memorial built in 1878 in honor of the Liberation of Bulgaria from the Ottoman rule. It rises majestically in the center of the town at a height of 25 meters. In 1929, a clock was mounted on the belfry, which is working in present days. The clock is supplied with funds from the teacher Yoakim Vasilev.

Fine and elegant wine made of the traditional white Bulgarian wine grape Dimiat, blended with Chardonnay. Pale golden color combined with vanilla notes and fresh herbal flavour. Perfeclty suitable for summer days with good company. On the label is the “Saint Dimitar” church which was built in 1866. The iconostasis and the ambon are handmade work of carvers from Kalofer town. The church is significant cultural and historical monument of high artistic value. Here lie the mortal remains of Bacho Kiro.

Handmade Collectible box. Suitable for gift and for oenotheque collection. The box contains four limited edition bottles of Cabernet, Merlot and Chardonnay, but can be combined according to customer need.
