The grape harvest is carried out early in the morning at the optimal stage of grape ripeness. Fermentation takes place in small vessels with constant temperature control for 15-20 days. The wine is characterized by medium-intensity, sparkling yellow-green color. The combination of dishes served with this Sauvignon Blanc becomes a real feast for the senses.
