Бял наложен пелин Гроздето се сортира ръчно, и се слага да ферментира в иноксов съд с контролирана температура. Към вече готовото вино се добавят по специална рецепта ябълки, дюли и 22 вида билки. Виното се настройва с всички тези съставки до получаването на баланс между всички вкусове.
